The Arc’teryx Academy is coming to St. Anton with a freeride focus

From 18-20 February 2022, the ARC’TERYX ACADEMY is coming to St. Anton am Arlberg, Austria for its first-ever freeride-focused edition. This action-packed weekend of freeriding, ski touring and skills clinics and courses will help everyone, from first-timers to seasoned veterans, step up their game in uncontrolled terrain.

Are you looking to get into ski touring or freeriding, but not sure where to get started? Maybe you’ve already got some experience off-piste, but want to improve your terrain-reading skills or your high-alpine tactics. Or perhaps you want to beef up your skills in avalanche safety, first aid or survival. No matter what level you’re at, the Arc’teryx Academy at St. Anton am Arlberg next month has something to offer for everyone.

With courses and clinics led by professional mountain guides and world-class athletes like Max Kroneck and Silvia Moser, the Arc’teryx Academy: Freeride Edition offers a unique chance to receive first-hand, high-quality instruction directly from the professionals. 23 different clinics covering a wide variety of topics will be held over two days in St. Anton. From ski touring basics to big mountain freeriding and splitboard mountaineering to bivouac and survival training, the list of clinics covers everything from entry-level courses to advanced skills training.
