Follow Leo Taillefer on a tour of his famous “Line of the Winter” at Val d’Isere.

The Line Resort Crasher is hitting up locals’ spots across Europe, exposing the Continent’s seedy skiing underbelly to the bright light of day. Next up is Val D’Isere, France, Line skier Leo Taillefer’s home resort and the place where he filmed his viral-video “Line of the Winter” in 2015.

Remember Leo’s “Line of the Winter”? The one-shot run down a crazy French canyon that netted him 2 million Youtube views and a $20,000 payout from GoPro?

The latest Line Resort Crashers video takes us back to Leo’s famous run, La Vallé Perdu in Val d’Isere, where Leo takes his friends Pierre Rougeot, Tim Baud and Thomas Zubiria on a fun tour down this wild ski run. No death gaps and high-speed passes this time around, but still with plenty of fun for the rest of us mortals. The boys cap off the day with a fun session in the Val D’Isere snowpark.

“Val D’Isere is a really nice mountain with lots of different expositions and runs,” said Pierre. “We needed lots of time to see the whole thing. I’ve had the chance to go with Leo lots of times, and he’s showed me lots of great spots.”

“Skiing all together down the ‘Line of the Winter’ spot was one of the best moments,” he added. “It was the first time for us, and that spot is so nice and fun to ride! That was amazing!”
