Whoa, this one comes by surprise—an immaculately conceived, filmed and edited “neo-noir” night urban skiing short from the depths of Finland. Then again, it’s dark for most of the winter there, so it makes perfect sense too, right? The crashes are brutal (is that guy okay?) but the stomps are triumphant, and will someone please give the lighting guy a high-five?
