The athlete lineup is stacked with Olympic hardware: David Wise, Eileen Gu, Cassie Sharpe, Nick Goepper, Rachael Karker and Gus Kenworthy are all set to compete, bringing serious star power to the league’s freeski debut.

The competition format is designed for head-to-head drama. Instead of traditional scored runs, riders duel directly against one another in a best-of-three format. Each skier must drop in from both sides of the pipe, highlighting adaptability while creating strategic, high-pressure matchups. Win your duel, move on. Lose, and you’re out.

The freeskiing action goes down on Saturday, 6 December, promising a rapid-fire showcase interesting matchups. Young guns going up against legends of the sport: Fin Melville Ives vs Gus Kenworthy and Luke Harrold vs David Wise. Can experience beat youth?
