Natural Selection Ski Returns to Alaska in 2026

October 30, 2025

After a groundbreaking debut in 2025, Natural Selection Ski is set to return to Alaska in late March 2026, bringing freestyle progression and big-mountain mastery back to some of the planet’s most raw and iconic terrain.

The event window will span one week, with Mother Nature deciding the best day to drop. The action will premiere as a cinematic broadcast on Red Bull TV in early April, when the winners will also be revealed.

The six skiers who made it to the final day last season have earned automatic spots back to Alaska. However, more riders will have a shot at joining the pre-qualified field through an upcoming first stage, details of which will be announced soon. This hints at there possibly being a qualification event, which is hugely exciting. Wildcards will also be added to fill the drop spots with some of the most exciting and skilled skiers on the planet—making sure NST creates dream match-ups.

Stay tuned—Natural Selection Ski 2026 is shaping up to be another all-time show.
