The FIS Freeride World Tour by Peak Performance has unveiled its 2026 lineup, featuring a heavy mix of returning champs, hungry contenders and a wave of fresh faces ready to shake things up.
This season 12 rookies join the Tour, while four reigning champions are back to defend their titles. With only four regular stops counting toward qualification for the FWT Finals, there’ll be no room for error when the starting gates open.
Reigning champ Marcus Goguen (CAN) returns to defend his crown against a stacked field that includes former champions Kristofer Turdell (SWE) and Valentin Rainer (AUT). Last year’s breakout names: Martin Bender (SUI), Toby Rafford (USA) and Virgile Didier (FRA) are back for more, while eight rookies bring new fire to the mix.

Justine Dufour-Lapointe (CAN) eyes a third FWT title, with Astrid Cheylus (FRA) once again in pursuit after two seasons of near misses. Jenna Keller (SUI) and Lena Kohler (GER) return stronger after impressive rookie years, while four new riders including Agostina Vietti (ARG), the first Argentinian woman ever to qualify for the Tour, joining the fray.
