2021 Freeride World Tour Athlete Roster Announced

By: Jake Fojtik October 20, 2020

Following a strange, shortened season, the FWT is back and gearing up for what’s sure to be an exciting 2021 circuit. Between returning champions, FWT veterans, and talented rookies,  the updated roster is stacked with some of the best freeriders on the planet.

Ski Men

The 2021 season sees the return of freeride’s biggest names. 2020 tour champion, Isaac Freeland will seek to hold on to his crown against a bevy of international talent. This includes old names and new: tour veterans Kristofer Turdell, Reine Barkered, and Drew Tabke among them. Tanner Hall, who’s apparently sponsored by McDonald’s now, will make his third appearance on the tour. You can check out Tanner’s latest film project, Forever, here

The rookie class brings a host of fresh talent to the tour. Mael Ollivier and David Deliv qualified with strong results on the European FWQ events. Rookies Ross Tester, Cooper Bathgate, and Ray McDermott will be representing the North American cohort, and Julian Hampton joins the tour out of New Zealand.

The 2021 season also sees the return of seven fan-favorite wildcards, including former tour champion Leo Slemett.  You can check out the full 24-person Ski Men roster below:
